I still run Healing Signet, even in zergs, the new skill is funny, but not great. You should always be standing to the side of red circles and melee trains, not standing in them.

Not sure what you’re complaining about.

Sustained healing is ALWAYS better than an “all or nothing” heal.

Use blind fields and don’t hit them when they’re in Defiant Stance.
