When EoTM Meets WvW
Guild groups need PUGs help in EotM because enemies skill level is higher than in wvw? That doesn’t really mean that EotM isn’t wvw.

So you have a bit of core with a lot of pugs.. great. Do this with 10 guys from your guild as that is actually a bit of a challenge but still not at the level of wvw fights as most of your enemies are underleveled and you can easily nuke through them with 10
Of course you can wipe out the enemy zerg with a small group. That’s the point, EoTM is not WvW if you can cut through them like butter.
It’s time Anet realise that and change it if they want WvW players to use it. Otherwise it will remain a K-Train map for PvE players and uplevels.

They won’t change the rewards which is why it is populated.
The map design is bad with a lot of bugged things like the terrain where sometimes you can’t hit the others even if there is only a small height difference in landscape and i didn’t even mention the annoying stuff like the turrets with small respawn time. There are some nice open field places where guilds could fight but crappy things like these just make it unbearable.
Also there’s no point in defending as many ppl said before because the map resets after 3 hours and you get no rewards for defending (just like in borders).
If they would remove the enormous rewards even then i’m not sure it would be populated by others than pvers and such because borders would be still the way to go if you would want to fight.
