A fresh start for all servers. I would move out of T1 if transfer is free with the release of HoT. I also hope we’ll finally see a plan in action that will encourage population balance.

Free transfers will not balance anything. Its more likely fairweathers on servers that are on the losing end week after week will head to ‘greener’ pastures. In other words, it’ll just exacerbate the problem.

Free transfers are how the imbalance started. transfers should not be free unless its t8. People should be free to transfer down to t8.

Free to move down, but not up? Also each server has a limited amount of free slots- ie not unlimited free transfers like HOD season2……

Before opening free transfer, it is wiser to fix the population calculation inaccuracy.

I think this is a good idea if and only if the free transfer is for only moving down tiers. If they allow free transfers to people who want to transfer to higher-tier servers then the imbalance has just grown tenfold.
