I thought it would arrive on 10th December. Dunno why, there’s no release date on the blog post.

It is being tested together with the Edge of the Mists map, and will be released at the same time as that, which mean sometime next year at the earliest.
Quite possibly with the Feature Only patch coming in the middle of March.

I am quite interested to know when this is expected as well. Can we also get a moderator to edit the title? It is killing my soul.

Yes! It’s killing my soul too… I spammed the cancel key like crazy but it was too late!
