Everyone else in my guild is getting them, but a few of us arn’t. We’ve relogged and entered WvW.

EU or NA? NA hasnt reset yet.

Having the same problem… EU, transferred server week before tournament started.

I’m from EU, and didn’t get them either.

EU. I know people on NA who got their tickets a week ago lol.

Curious, did you guys server transfer this season/ever? I know that was an issue last season.

Haven’t got mine neither while my friends have Never transferred server since the launch of the game.

Also, I didn’t get the tickets early on or anything.. just no chest at all.

Can’t such stuff for once work without issues? sigh

Ye we did transfer but people in my guild who transferred still got tickets.

I didnt get my chest either. For once I tried to do some wvw never been into it complete the meta and just get screwed at the end. Woopy will teach me never to bother with it again

Still another 7 hours to go until reset in NA. some bugs abroad, you’re not supposed to get the tickets until wvw resets today.

also no chest at all, i tried relog, restart game entering edge and home bords but nothing ;/

So still waiting on my reward from this season been with my server from launch never move got my meta and everything so why no chest?

I have transferred at the beginning of the season and I have every achievement done for this tournament, no ticket.

It’s so frustrating. Those reward chests never work properly. WvW season 1, season 2, first holidays, Karka event… it’s really tiring. I wouldn’t complain if this was a one time thing but it just never works.

Can’t you properly test this stuff for once?

No chest. I completed Meta (every singla of the 19 achievements!) on Piken Square, and transfered just before middle to Desolation. I was 9 days ‘cut off’ from desolation wvw except Eotm. I played non stop on Desolation so there’s no doubt the computer ‘sensed’ that i played on it.

Both servers are 2nd and 450 tournement tickets. So the computer ‘cant be confused’. So must be bugged. I really hope this isnt a season 1 all over again where some people never get reward.

No chest here yet either, I am in EU as well.

If I don’t have it by NA reset, I will put in a ticket with the CS, I would suggest people do the same.

Don’t know if it makes a difference I thought i was only one without chest until i logged into Obsid Sanctum and a chest popped up in lower left corner of screen.

People, form EU, missing the chest should check their WvW (not the tournament) achievement tab. If it shows an achievement related to your placement being awarded and you are still missing your chest, contact customer support, because it is not going to appear on its own since the game thinks you already got it.

Also, interestingly for me at least said achievement was for the wrong placement (4th, when actually we placed second in our respective league), so if you see the same mention that too. Be sure not to mix up achievements, since there can be one for the first WvW “season 1” with very similar title.

Completed the meta, logged into a WvW map a few times after reset, have not transferred at any point. Have not received tickets yet.

Thanks for that tip Crise. It even says I ended 4th in ‘spring tournement’ 2014, while I ended 2nd in both servers I participated.

Yeah, Mine says unlocked, but I don’t have the chest. Have contacted support.

I relogged several times, then went to every single WvW map.
Still nothing, it’s kinda annoying.

Wishful thinking, but they really need to make sure their reward systems function correctly before they put them in the game. This is hardly a first for them.

I just want the chest I am supposed to get, for the correct placement, over no chest at all.

Did anyone else got wrong number of tickets? My server (Piken) was 2nd (450 tickets) and i get only 350 =(

I’d like to think you’re right, but since it’s not the 1st time rewards aren’t obtained correctly, and since we get no official answer, I’m afraid this is a bug that would not be fixed.
