I have the key … where’s the chest? Nothing in my mail, nothing in the obvious spots of WvW … Any help would be appreciated.

It’s in Europe.

In about an hour Season 1 for NA servers will end, which is when your reward chest will pop up.

I was only half joking. The people who got theirs already are on European servers. Those already reset for the week.

change maps and it should be there

changed maps, relogged 10+ times and still nothing…

Logged in and it popped up on the right side just like a WvW Rank Up chest. Thanks all!

[Moved from America server to Europe server half way through the season so could have messed it up somehow]

I havent received mine either. And i cant find my key. May have thrown it away. Let me know what was the outcome of the receipt.

It is a weekend. Non-critical issues is not really handled during a time when most people don’t work.

I got a reply, The devs are looking into it and we will see a post about it when they have a solution to the problem.

still no reply for me. dont even know why am i surprised…
