If I remember correctly, I was supposed to get a permanent golden dolyak trophy finisher? I got 250 of them.

I feel deceived and betrayed…

Anyone else feels like that?

it was never going to be permanent, it was only going to be available until season 2.

The winning world in each league will unlock a stack of supply dolyak finishers for their use in WvW and PvP. 1st place in the gold league will get a gold dolyak, 1st place in the silver league a silver dolyak, and 1st place in the bronze league a bronze dolyak.

noooo it said permanent, and a permanent one was also datamined on reddit and i’ve seen the perma linked ingame…how to obtain it ?

Not everything in the dat-file is used. Never take data-mined information as truth.

My real problem with this finisher is:

- it shouldn’t be limited and it shouldn’t be unlimited either !
- it should simply be there for me till season 2 starts and you have to earn it again.
- gives you something to fight over for next season.

well either way, im just gonna do the cheevos next season and not even give a care about placement or who wins

They should really think about adding a home instance season 1 trophy for posterity’s sake, memorabilia and all.
