I’ve played Mag since the game’s release (hiatus’d for a two-year period, tho) and while I still have a lot of love for the people there now, I feel like it would be fun to switch it up sometime. I might eventually try moving to a new server.

I probably won’t do it right at this moment and might NEVER do it, but I was curious where others would say is the “best” place to move to as of now.

The best place to transfer always will depend on what the person is looking for. Large scale, organized groups and high off-hours activity are better on top tiers, while lower scale, unorganized blobs and low coverage hours are better on lower tiers.

Manvil Rock is a roaming server if that interests you.

imo there is no “best” place other than the one that you enjoy the most. If your friends at in Mag then why even consider switching? From what I can see really every server is pretty much the same.. (well except Mag… they truly do have a good collection of trolls and have a lot of fun there ).. But as I said, it’s all about the fun. If you’re enjoying yourself.. stay put or you will just look backwards and say grrrr.. I should have stayed… :P

Go to any server except SBI.

T4 is where the action is at. Come to Crystal Desert. Lots of fights /and/ team chat Spanish lessons. Learn how to say “build!” in Spanish.

Unless you are a commander and can contact Anet for transfer to BG, please and thank you, you are left with one of the others.

I’d echo what was said before, open free account on test server, get to lvl 60, see what WvW is like there.

Don’t waste gems to transfer your main account for a one way trip to a server that isn’t a good fit for you.

As someone who has two alt accounts and tends to move those around, I will echo what the other folks said on here: depends on the type of gameplay you want. I happen to be quite fond of the people on Kaineng for example, yet if you like bigger zerg play, that would not be the best. Actually choose that server if you like to have a good time while being outnumbered.

I’m currently playing on EU. I enjoy being a part of the night crew, I find more fights and roaming this way. Doesn’t always work out of course, there are weeks we get blobs at night too.

What may be a great server, may turn to garbage in few months. Every server is gonna have good and bad. If you really wanna change things up, then pick your fav play time. Pick a border land, tag up, and if your good, in time, people will start showing up to follow you.

If you’re on Mag and you like Mag…please just stay there and leave the rest of us alone q_q

Not everyone lives the zerg life. There are still plenty of people in the game who prefer to run tagless with a group of friends to test their own limits without pugs. Plus, if you tag up, everyone is a critic lol. Gotta have some thick skin to tag up on most servers.
