The mithril and red oak harvesting locations are all on the red and green sides of the map. This is horribly unbalanced towards blue side.

I actually agree with the OP. It’s not fair to have one side able to harvest more nodes than another. It’s like if all the ori and omnom nodes were on green’s side, that wouldn’t be fair at all.

Red has the Overlook as their main keep. Nuff said. That blasted thing a can treb most of the north, and unlike Stonemist, is far superior in terms of being defensible because it’s more compact, is uphill, and has fewer doors.

Well they get all the elder wood logs and mithril ore that we need for superior seige. Anet devs must be on SoR and JQ.

They are counter-balanced by the fact that red keep has bugged stairs going to the water gate and blue keep has a repair guy that’s hard to find.

He brings up a good point. Green side has a beautiful recreation area with a pool and jacuzzi above the watergates. What do blue and red side get??

Green has not just one, but two water gates with the pathetic excuse of sharks as guards. Those sharks could barely hit something if their target stood still. I can go for a casual swim and bump the gate and no one is the wiser!

Clearly Green needs a buff.

Green side is unbalanced as well because the green keep has the most challenging vista point out of all the vista points on EBG.
I’ve witnessed some people asking for ports just to get to that vista.

Please make keep vista points more balanced for all sides.

Very true, I have seen many a poor, vertically-challenged, lad fall to his death trying to reach the top. It is simply unfair for those of us who really really enjoy pve accomplishments.

And what of the blue vista just in the courtyard? Not exactly friendly to the vertically challenged.

Falls from the jump up to blue keep vista are rarely fatal. Also the jumps are significantly easier. Please do your research next time before you insert yourself into such a depthy topic as vertical jumping obstacles.

Yes but red has to go down stairs, and then up a hill. They also must jump off 2 cliffs to leave their keep in a timely manner. This is terribly abusive on the body, and leads to health complications.

Blue side has to navigate a maze on their way out of their keep! Hardly fair.

Sry, I am mistaken, you are absolutely correct. cough … must have a cold way up on that *outer blue vista. Careful when maneuvering the treb, it can be a fatal drop.

I would have to say red is disadvantaged, it’s the only color without 2 vowels.

Those are the primary colors of pigment. Which no one cares about, except hippy finger-painters. The primary colors of light are Red, Green, and Blu (as they French would say)

That one is not a problem for vertically-challenged person.

The one on EBG green keep can totally make vertically-challenged person give up trying after too many falls from those narrow wooden stairs at the top.

Hence, some of them asked for kind mesmers to port them to that vista, and some others just walk away, tired of trying & falling.
