Millenium Old School have just had a major update to there score reporting site that now automatically tracks all scores across all tiers live and also has an interactive map that updates every 15 seconds showing who owns what.

The site offers live score tracking, in-game wvw mapping, score breakdowns and analysis and history match-ups.
Why cant this be done on an official scale? Put an advert or two on the page and it would be a brilliant revenue source as it would get thousands of hits.

It’s funny you should ask this today….With our new API development soft launching today (see the new forum topic at the bottom of the forums) you’ll be able to do just that! Keep your eye out, I imagine a website that works this way will be popping up in the very near future =)

It would be nice to see this done by ArenaNet officially (coming off your site www.guildwars2.com) as you would be able to add much more details and analysis (like queue population). If you launch it with a Rankings highscores (and possibly WvW kills too) you would make tons of people happy.

I would love to see ArenaNet actually get in contact with the developer(s) of mos.millenium.org/ and offer them some kind of work, temporary contract or even volunteer with reference to make this happen sooner then ‘very near future’ :P
@Ascii Looks like you did not understood the strength of this API release.
This API the BEST ANet was able to do for the community and they did it!
Millenium.org (and others) can show it’s creativity, and I guess they earn money with this page. The millions of clicks the GW WvWler give them, earns them advertisement money. This way they are happy to be the best WvW site,
And the advatage for ANet is: they do not have to waste developer time in it to make it nicer. They can focus on the core.
If I understood the API correctly also “The Dragon Timer” http://guildwarstemple.com/dragontimer/events.php?serverKey=404&langKey=de and others can now use tha API to update their game infos for us.
