For wvw only, i’d like to see anyone who gets Moa’d to get a 1 minute un-strippable buff that prevents them from getting Moa’d again until the buff expires. Anet, you can even call it “No Moa.”

Double moa in 1v1 is broken.
=> get invisible, instant f5 then signet. 90% never misses. You’ll moa anyone before they may dodge, block or get invulnerable. Only a lucky player may escape.
If vs a guard, just spam 1 before to take out aegis.

Out of 1v1 situations or small scale fights, it’s quite useless.
