Guild Wars 2

I’ve been having a ball using the nasty little toy mobs to help me solo supply camps: the veteran soldiers go after the mobs, I can kite away and kill the dolyaks and quartermaster, and then come back and help the mobs finish off the guards.

Gotta tell ya, this puts a big grin on my face.

Once upon a time a group was chasing after me. Saw a big gift and stood behind it. As soon as they arrived I opened and boom! we’re worlds apart each other and off to escape

Sounds like a skilled use of your environment to accomplish a goal. Bravo on both of those.

I like that they added the winter stuff to WvW and hope they continue doing it during events and holidays. This temporary stuff doesn’t stay around long enough for folks to perfect tactics with them, and they add great ways to think outside the box(or in this case with the box) to accomplish goals. While still preserving the core gameplay during non holiday times.

The other end of this is when someone opens a present and runs in to grab it, aggroiong all the mobs, then pulls them down the road into a friendly sentry NPC, who promptly gets it’s giant charr behind sewn into a nice holiday hat by crazed dolls. Fun times…..

I think the dolls should all manically chant “prepare to don the behind hat!” as they rampage through the countryside.
