I have a growing suspicion that the reason it hasn’t been implemented has nothing to do with the Jubilee but because its a stupid idea.

Instead of saying there’s 3 lines of code to fix zerging you could’ve posted those 3 lines.
I agree with the sentiment though. A lot of new PvE-content all the time and all the while it seems like nobody is listening to what WvW-players are saying. Every once in a while we get a new WvW-Ability and that’s it.
