Q:
What would be a decent world to move a guild of 15 people? We’re based in Gate of Maddness but with the announcement of paid transfers kicking in on the 28th, we’ve been having thoughts of jumping? Granted, servers will (supposed to at least) even out but that’s long term, upwards to a year. So, thoughts? What would be a world with suitable PvE and WvW balance?
A:
Jade Quarry!
Think of us as the melting pot of WvW.
We’ve been in T1 longer than any other server and are thrilled to invite new guilds into our community.
We honestly don’t have much of a problem with people “bandwagoning” as we’ve maintained our position for so long, in all honesty a good 60+% of our community and guilds started here and we have a pretty low turnover rate.
We have a dedicated TS3 server for everyone on JQ to use and our guild-to-guild communication and cooperation is phenomenal.
We also have several other smaller sized guilds like yours that operate incredibly well on our server and we would looooove to have yours added to our ranks!
Message me via forums, in-game, or check out this thread for more information
*Edit: I also forgot to mention, If you are worried about JQ always being Full, don’t worry about it! We can schedule server-wide blackouts in which multiple guilds throughout our community all exit the game client at a given time to open the world up for transfer. I’ve also heard that servers are open for the rest of the week so either way, you should be covered
Last Friday we were able to open up the world for an estimated 350+ transfers for several guilds just prior to the reset.
Devona’s Rest invites You! We have tons of loyal players in a fun community for everyone! We have a server wide WvW teamspeak and small guilds with 15-20+ members always roaming around. We’re always trying our best and have a lot to learn still. Give us a try:D!
The only real answer to your query is the Tarnished Coast. We are heavy in both PvE and WvW, supporting the needs of both the hardcore WvW’er with our established and well known guilds as well the casual who just likes to dabble. If you want to experience everything GW2 has to offer, TC is the answer. Here’s a taste of some of the creativity you can find on TC!
And here’s a place to find more about our community:

Dragonbrand has always been heralded as a PvE server that has learned WvWvW. We have good coverage throughout the day and there is still plenty to do for many ambitious strike force groups.
Hello m8!
i m from Seafarer’s Rest server, here we have a good number of www players, also the server is still medium population so quee are really short or not existant at all, and ofc we play in Tier 1 from 6 weeks where we achieved the top spot 3 times
rather then this we also have a lot players doing pve so you will get fast party for any dungeon / activity you are willing to do (like Dragons/Shadow Behemoth…etc)
Temples of Gods at Cursed Shore and Melchors Leap often are clear, and lvl 80s areas are always full of player day and night.
We have a strong comunity at www.pevepe.net and a public TS free for all members and theyr friends.
i would like you consider about joining our server, it may be what you are looking for!
have a great day, bye bye

JQ.
One thing I would like to add is that JQ consists of significant number of experienced and friendly ex-VE Forum members/ DAoC players/ Warhammer /WoW and several other mmporgs.
