I am quite stumped here. Unfortunately I am on Kaineng where we do not even own 25% of our ON Borderlands, it is going to be impossible to get 100% Map completion on this server and I find it ridiculous that the solution to this is to pay and switch servers. Anyone else dealt with this problem?

Yes, numerous topics have been posted about this. You simply need to wait it out until you get a better match up.

Your server will not be Red(or whatever you are) every week, so no, it will not be impossible.

If you read you would see that it doe not matter what color I am because even when we do have the borderlands we have at best 25%

If you read you would see that you just need to wait for a better match-up. Everyone is getting kitten match-ups, bide your time.

There is color rotation now so you should be able to get any quick if not this week.

I got over 90% of the wvw world completion in a week on Erredon Terrace, the lowest ranked server in NA in under a week. All I need is two vistas on red team. Want to tell me some more about your troubles in Kaineng? I’d like to hear them. Also, I’d love to hand you lots of legendarys on a silver platter for free with no effort on your behalf. Just be aware, when I mail them to you, don’t put in the effort of clicking accept. I’ll come to your place and do that for you.

I’m from FoW (T9, getting owned each matchup due to lesser numbers) and I had my map completion without transferring..

All it takes is some preparation and communication with a guild and you can easily rush a tower anywhere for the necessary POI’s.. Of course, the more people you can find that need that specific POI, Vista, …, the merrier (and the easier it’ll be to get).

Also, you could try (if you have some good contacts with the enemy world) to get some kind of “truce”: They will allow you to take that specific tower for your POI, if only you abandon it afterwards so they can recap..
