I love WvW but the sad thing is my server does not have the population to compete with top tier servers, which makes 100% map completion impossible unless im missing something. I am at 99% completion and am just missing a vista 4 points and a skill point in stonemist castle. Now is it possible to get them without owning that keep? I feel like its not and since my server never owns it ill never get it…. so without transferring ill never be able to get my legendary. So my question is any other way to get the points with out transferring as i feel thats such a waste of real money to do.

You don’t have to own the keep to get the vista/skill point but it makes it much easier. For the skill point you would need some one to tank the lord or stealth to get it if you don’t own the keep and for the vista you just need to be out of combat. Depending on your server, you can go try to “ninja” the keep by cataing the wall or golem rush it but you’ll need friends to help. My suggestion is to spend a lot of time in EBG and follow the commander, if he hits SM do everything you can to get into inner then rush your points for completion.

Try to rush in while the other server is attacking to get it. A lot of times in the massive battles if you look as if you are doing map completion you are ignored. Not always though. For red is dead.

If the server you are on has never held Stonemist then that server is seriously bad at WvW.

If you want to WvW, you owe it to yourself to transfer to a server where you can enjoy the company of others with the same interest and who can probably teach you a thing or two. Shake the dust off your feet and move.

If the OP likes WvWvW, then my guess is that it’s not a constant pain train and they’re having fun so paying to transfer just for map completion is an awful option and it only highlights terrible design choices.

I’m pretty sure any server in North America (the only ones I’m familiar with) can take Stonemist.

You can try pitchin it to your server community as a quick one time event. Ninja’ing should be possible given the right match up.
