i heard theres no 2 week penalty for world transfer atm, is that true?

also im in eu desolation right now, and im missing like 4 poi all seafarer’s rest locations. is it worth getting a transfer so i can get world completion?

There is no penalty. But as far as whether your poi’s are worth it only you can answer that.
