I think siege towers would be a perfect addition to WvW. To those who don’t know, It’s a tall wooden tower with wheels that has a landing bridge for the army inside to walk onto towers with. Most medieval wars had these along with Rams, arrow carts, and what not. Most people might think this is a little unfair but it could be made for a one time use, for example : Once used on a tower or castle, that particular siege tower can’t be used again and breaks within a certain amount of time after usage. It could also move slow(Which they actually did) and have a certain amount of health. It would be perfect for a highly defended keep or tower, since the tower usually has the advantage of range and protection.

erm no. simply because a giant zerg could build these and take the entire bl withing 5 min.

Then wouldn’t that make it a good idea? We need to give more power to the zerg.

In meadieval wars there was no meteor shower on walls. Also it was not easy to kill burning oil upon the gate so these siege towers made sense. And dont forget of army waiting at walls until mesmer in siege tower will port them inside.

this, well and also 50 man werent able to take a reinforced gate down with their swords or 1 thief wasnt able to hit the gate with his dagger once to prevent people from waypointing in there nor hit it to become invisible….

Also I believe upgrading a waypoint on a keep took as much as 50% longer than it does now. Technology. How we have evolved.

Nah, screw siege towers. I want option to load asuras into trebs and shoot em inside enemy keep.
