The idea of the new capture points is great. If they were worth the same score as a tower capture, but with no walls or static defenses, they would inspire some epic fights.
However, the bloodlust buff they give is going to do a lot of harm to WvW. Now, when Bob logs in to <disadvantaged server> to WvW, he has a good chance to not only be outnumbered and out-organized, but now also power-balanced as if the enemies had an extra tier of gear! Advantaged servers will have a much greater chance to get these buffs, and trying to take them back against enemies with +50-150 to all stats over you is bound to be unpleasant.
Meanwhile, Joe who logs onto <advantaged server> finds his enemies not only few and desperate but also squishy and low damage. What was already a roflstomp becomes even more lol.
If you want to make WvW more of a fight, give a TINY buff to servers with lower WvW score. If Joe logs on to find himself outnumbered and out-organized but with +10 to all stats tenacious fighter buff for being way behind in score, that has a much more positive effect.
