Hi guys,
To clarify the questions to you with these mastery’s I have arrived!
Cannon Mastery lvl 3: Grapeshot does more bleed damage.
Stock – This skill usually applies 5 bleeds of 10 seconds on a maximum of 50 targets.
Upgraded – The skill applies 10 bleeds of 10 seconds on a maximum of 50 Targets.
Arrow Cart Mastery lvl 3: Increases effectiveness of applied conditions.
Stock – This skill usually applies 1 stack bleed for 15 seconds to a maximum of 50 targets.
Upgraded – The skill applies a stack of bleeding for 30 seconds to a maximum of 50 targets.
Hope that clears up the confusion and we are working to help clarify these mastery’s in the near future.
Can you tell us when we are going to get something useful for non-siege users? All your WXP abilities are for siege, those that are not are outright useless except the 115 point rewards.

So then they aren’t useless.

^^ In the sense that a door-key inside the house when you’re locked out isn’t useless.
Niim is right. For siege-jockeys the abilities are wondrous. For the rest of us – they’re useless until you can max out DaG.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could experiment without potentially wasting months of work?
Oh, that’s right, no resetting of WvW skill points once spent.
Don’t like that the ability doesn’t work as advertised? (IE advanced mortar skill being half the range of other skills, but not listed on the tool tip) —- YERBONEDLADDIE!
