This is an exploit I have noticed people doing from DarkHaven and also CrystalDesert in the past and am upset that when we should be killing someone they cheat and we cannot even report them for cheating or for exploiting in WvW we can only do the normal reports like selling gold. Please fix it so we can report the exploiting players and/or make it so this glitch/exploit does not work any longer. Essentially what the players do is get out of the spawn area and hop down the ledge and fight and then when low on health they run back toward the ledge to get the invulnerable buff from Determined. Please fix this

They have fixed most of the locations where this occurred, you can help by doing a bug report of the location in game.
Just do it on your own borderland so your bug screenshot can show the determined buff on you.
