Guild Wars 2

Anyone who has played Dark Ages of Camelot remembers Darkness Falls….. It was a PvE Dungeon that had 3 separate entrances for each of the 3 opposing realms that would open if that realm had favor ( Hiberina, Albion, Midgard via Relics or the realm that had the most Keeps / Towers ) and would allow you to RvR or in GW2 terms WvW in the dungeon. It was tons of fun and made for some interesting battles
I strongly believe this game needs a WvW dungeon like Darkness Falls, would add tons of ways to get new gear IE ascended while adding endgame content for everyone, PvP and PvEers alike. I strongly believe newer MMOs tend to undermine the re-playability of PvP in their games, or make it too linear. It gives purpose to endless grinds and farming for Elite gear or “best in slot” items, thus making it more rewarding to play in general. I worked hard to get to 80 now what…. go head to head in the ultimate who’s the best of the best match-up. It’s an endless battle of who is the best / strongest, adding a ranking system viewable online that updates daily or weekly would be awesome also. Just food for though perhaps I’m a little nostalgic about DAoC in my eyes it was and still is in many ways one of the best MMOs I’ve ever played for It’s time and had a very in depth PvP system.

Darkness Falls was the nail in the coffin for DAoC .
