Camp capture and hold has worked fine as far as I know.

All of the captures and capture/holds have worked out. Usually, they complete early though—after capping 2/3 camps or holding a tower until tier 0.5 instead of 1.
From what we discovered, three people are required to assist on ALL escorts. Need to make sure you look at whether it says Required Players: X or if it just says Recommended Players. Required Players is an absolute and must be followed.

Only have gotten camp and it works fine.
I’m not surprised though. Guild missions are incredibly buggy atm.
