I am a Huge fan of Robert Jordan (Writer) and the wheel of time series. I like to base my guild structure off of the Black Tower from the series.

That sounds awesome. Either that, or I would use the Shen an Calhar ranks. Although I think I remember seeing an actual Shen an Calhar guild at one point.
Why not use WvW ranks for WvW guild.
