I have seen an influx of hacking in the last month or so of hacks being used in WvW.
When will Anet actually do something about this?
From Zoom Hacking to Godlike to the thieves now doing a teleport hack to get into keeps. It’s getting out of control and taking all the fun out of WvW.
Honestly if you don’t have the confidence to compete in WvW then just don’t do WvW. It makes no sense to just waste your money buying the game and whatever other money you’ve spent just to get an edge in WvW cuz anet will just permaban you.

I belive Zoom hack has been said to be 1 legit feature that u can obtain by just playing with some settings; I presume u are talking about godlike as some1 that cannot be finished by stomping, this is just a desync problem, u’ll have to kill him/her buy just attacking him.

Teleport hacks exist, see it on bots all the time blipping between nodes in Orr. I’m surprised this is still possible as you would think the server side check would flag that rather quickly.

In fact, I think I’m better off not mention that after all…

Sssshhh! You’ll get infracted for pointing out that the devs have not been bothered to fix these exploit even though it’s been a year!

Just do what Devon said in a post a while ago, STF,Up and maybe they’ll give us a big WvW update some time in 2014!

Zoom hacking as in the player’s character showing up in a certain spot but not actually being there so that even tho you are directly in front of them it constantly says “Out of Range” or “Miss” or whatever but yet they can hit you all they want. I call it zoom hacking wouldn’t know the proper name if any. And zoom hacking is not a legit feature, its an exploit. And godlike is when you come across a character that you do enormous amounts of damage to but their hp bars never lose and hp. Some say this is lag but it’s not lag when you see them jump off a cliff or they are plagued with stacks of conditions or just being hammered down but yet their health never moves. And it’s actually called permanent invulnerability which the devs can put their characters into by using a dev code.
And ive never had an issue with the stomping errors, rezzing i have not stomping so I wouldnt know about that.

Yeah I have been spammed constantly in the last week.. I bet ANET will jump on that quick smart cos it most likely affects their gem sales.. as for the rest of the hacks out there now.. … well
Its only been a year be patient they have to got thro the bins this month to find all those reports otherwise Santa wont leave them that 250 use Santa Finsher they wantfor Christmas.

Actually a zoom hack is an hack that unlocks your camera’s zoom limits allowing you to go first person or as far away from your character as you want. Normally this is not that critical of an hack, however with arrow carts able to shoot through solid objects a player can attack enemies with an arrow cart from positions which would be impossible to hit.

What your speaking of sounds like lag or some sort of a health hack(although I have yet to see one in game) .
