We should be able to exchange WvW Infusions. I have 25 Vital Infusions and 20 Resilient Infusions stacked up in my bank with no real use for them. Players need to be able to exchange infusions ideally for other stats.

Yes they should have the option to change cosmetic infusion stats to the wvsw ones.
