So if someone were to transfer this week (before Friday), would said person be locked out of WvW next match up when the Season is over (on Friday)?

Well, the lock was valid for the seasons… It would be a shame if you remain locked after it end.

If you are planning on transferring and don’t care if you’re locked out, do it and let us know.

If you are planning on transferring and DO care, wait until after reset. One day beats a week and a day.

I transferred the 28th around 5PM.. It is now the 30th at 9AM and I am still locked out.

Just because the date changed to the day the tourney ends doesn’t mean you aren’t automatically locked out. Both regions have yet to have WvW reset which marks the true end of the tourney.

If you finished your meta achievment, you will be awarded the reward corresponding your server afilliation. If you didn’t, there is no reward for you.

Transfered on Wednesday. Still locked out, even though season is over.

If I’m locked out for transferring the day before the season ends for a whole week, I will have some choice words for anet. I will let you all know when reset hits NA tonight if I am still locked out or not.

i transferred 1 hour after reset tonight and i got locked out hope its not for 2 matchups

Remove the transfer 1 / 2 week lockout.

Seasons are over (thank god) and i’d like to get transfers sorted.

Agreed.. It’s quite annoying especially since we pay money for it.

Please anet, respond to us about lockouts, since no one seems to know what will happen.

I transferred today after reset and it initially said I was locked out so I logged off for a bit, came back on in a different character and tried again and got in.

Anyone else have luck transferring? I just want to make sure before I transfer my 2 accounts around.

Well, Agg might want to transfer back to FA now that the season is over, maybe even a few more might want to.

I don’t know why WET transferred to YB, but they made that decision, and since the season is over, they should not have to sit in EoTM.

Also, why the hell are the prices still jacked up to. Seems a bit wrong that SBI is 2400 and HoD is 1000. IoJ is 1400, HoD 1000…go figure.

It is wrong that higher tiered servers have a lower transfer price. It is completely opposite to what the pre-season and season pricing structures sought to accomplish: incentivize transfers to lower tiered servers.

Here is EU we have even funnier situation. Desolation = current EU rank #1 server still has 1000 gem transfer cost, while lower ranked servers have 2400 gem cost. Of course it makes no sense, but as a Desolation player I am not complaining.

This is because the season prices are still in effect. Desolation was EU rank #8 at the start of the season, when the prices were set in. We have gotten many of the old legendary players back and worked hard to make our community to work together to reach the top. We are still often enjoying the outnumbered buff, so we are far from full.

I guess the Tuesday 3rd of June update will finally fix the things? Any developer comment on this?

I checked today and saw that the prices are still there… I’m going to bet the tournament lockouts are as well? If I transfer over today, how long will I be out for?

I transfered today paying tournament price and i was able to enter new servers border right away. No lockout
