I’m finding it extremely difficult and time consuming to complete the map in WvW. The Commanders seem to go in a endless loop attacking only few areas. I’m looking for a group who are also looking to complete the map, the help would be very appreciated! If you are on Jade message Kassala, thanks!

Yeah the sad thing is, there are usually no parties listed in there for WvW. Thanks for the heads up though!

Map completion in WvW often ends up being a 3 step process. Map all of the territories commonly held by Red, Blue, and Green when your server is that color. Patience makes the process very easy and much less frustrating. But if you can’t be patient, learn the best times to get on. For Jade Quarry, I believe their late night/early morning (NA time) is very dominant. They will often hold lots of territory that you otherwise would have trouble mapping. Even still, it is very difficult to grab the high value areas like a Garrison. Sometimes the only way is to just wait until the colors change.

JQ apparently has dominant SEA coverage. (Mods: this is not match-up talk, trying to help fellow player find a good time to get map complete.)

In the past, many players who wanted to get map complete would temporarily transfer to other servers who owned that particular part of the WvW map.

It is up to you to determine if you want to hand ANet money to do that, or if you’d prefer to just wait, do what you can do solo out there (many PoI’s / Vistas can be done that way), and being patient.

If you transfer off JQ you likely won’t be able to get back on, as I hear Anet’s locked down tier 1, so you can’t transfer anymore. I still dunno if I’d chance it, even if that’s not true.

pssh its not like theres such thing as waha time anymore
