Since the last update, the WvW Map Refresh rate seems ridiculously long.

Dose no one care that the map is 6 seconds old?
(every thing you see on the map is 6 seconds ago)
No idea if to res downed players, because the map does not show them down until the fight is over, by that time they are dead.
