Now that WvW tournament 2 is over lets hope that no other broken “tournament” gets developed ever again. At least not with the current 3 team configuration!

Wasn’t broken at all. Silver league was pretty awesome.

WvW needs a complete overhaul. Edge of the mist has to be added to the PPT rotation, we need 3 different BL maps, improved EB map and campaign system that removes the need of waiting queues.

The fact that pver’s transfer to the “most likely winners” is enough to just cut it.Eitherwise Double the transfer costs so they have to think twice about doing so.These bandwagon whores ruin wvw and the tourney for what it is.

WvW has now had it’s share of “development” for this year. We’ll get a new season come fall, maybe with 4/5-days long matchups, and the exact same rewards, and if we’re lucky some living story pve will dump into eb.

No, it was broken, WAY broken.

The season was not broken but it was way to long. Match-up should be split into a weekend (3day)and weekday type(4day). With weekend match-ups being about weekend warriors and guilds/player putting in OT. While weekday match-ups are about coverage.

Also bloodlust should be a buff for the weaker servers. That mostly have roamer/havoc groups on during the day. Like a server that is completely outmatched by both server should always have 3 bloodlust.

Honestly, more people transferred to TC, SoS, Mag, and DB before this season started, than they did to HoD. You should really stop hating the those people.

Some of our servers have people who want to transfer into them, and it isn’t for winning, it is because they want to move now that the season is over. The point of these threads are for Anet to get rid of the tournament related costs and EoTM lockout, since the tourney is over.

I finished tied for 4th in Silver, and I’m not bashing HoD like you are. Get over it.

I agree this tournament was just a total joke… developed by amateurs. what happened to the classic tournament like they did in GW1?

Was fun, should be shorter do, maybe do so it is matchup 4days in 1 week.

Silver league where the fun is! I don’t know which server you are, but I had a blast fighting in Silver league for YB. Hard fighting against IoJ, SBI, FA and HoD every week was tough, exhausting, but at the same time incredibly fun. WvW S2 and the first Wurm Kill with TTS are the highlights of GW2 for me.
