I would like to address some issues which must be fixxed as soon as possible.
1-Logging out in combat to avoid death. Place a 30second delay like in almost everygame
2-Eternal Battlegrounds lowlands keep inner wall issue. You can get inside outter walls from river side without touching guards or walls or gates just with jumping.
3-Eternal Battlegrounds Valley Keep side spawn siege area. You can place siege at spawn like trebutchet which hits both outter and inner gate of valley keep.
4-Loot bag and badge issue. It is just a waste of time that you have to collect loot bags in pvp most of the time you are busy fighting and dont have chance to go back and take them. You should recieve loot directly to your inventory and if inventory is full you can have loot bags on ground. Also use siege,finish enemy off,pickup lootbag is 1 button causing alot of issues it most be possible to assign those in different key so we wont be picking up loot bags instead of finishing off enemy or visa versa. Badge drop rate should be fixxed like straight 1-2 badge per kill not random.
5- Cost of siege items beside golems should be reduced or removed. Between repair bills, upgrades on keep and tower and purchasing siege you lose money in WvW at all times and causing people to leech by not buying any siege and just expect others to buy it.
6-Upgrade purchases: You should be able to deposit money for upgrades so multiple people can contribute to it to purchase an upgrade. EX: You deposit money on Quatermasters just like in bank and you can only deposit money limited in number of cost of all upgrades value. So everybody can add some money to purchase upgrades instead of paying the all bill.
7-Number of max siege limit per map should be increased and you should be able to remove siege. It wouldnt work if all players can remove siegethat can cause many abuse issues but if you can give option to remove your own siege and give commanders to ability to remove unwanted siege. You can go other servers you compete place a lot of rams in a random location and prevent them from building any more siege.
8-Message limit for anti spamming specially for commanders is a terrible issue in middle of combat you are going to give charge command everybody is waiting for you you count 3,2,1, your messages are suppressed…
9-The way that you become a commander is terrible in game you just pay 100g and become a commander. Any player with gold and no experience can just buy it. I am already a commander and i think the way that you get it is unfair. You should do tasks releated to become a comander like certain amount of time you should spend in WvW or certain amount of objectives captured or deffended. If the changing system is an issue you can remove our commander sigils and return our 100g and everybody starts from begining with new rules to attain commander sigil.
10-There should be a way to remove commander sigils for commanders you dont want to follow beside joining other commanders squad. Also many players are not informed about this issue.
11-There should be better instructions or tutorial map for new players to WvW. Xp reward from WvW should be reduced which is causing leechers to just run around with people who are actually doing the work and get free xp.
12-Jumping puzzles should be excluded from WvW.
13-You should be able to see number of people in WvW maps.
14-Lagging issues for WvW maps should be fixxed. I know it’s hard to do but this is killing all the fun of big battles.
15-Delay at going out of stealth should be fixxed specially in big combats group invisibility abilities are just making you fight invisible people who are not actually invisible by mechanic of game but they are invisible due to delay at rendering issue game has which is not intended to work like that. I am a thief saying that but I want to keep class balance issues out of this topic.
These are the the issues i can think of right now. I will appreciate if you add more or give alternate solutions.

Disagree with the price of siege being changed. The prices are fine. I grind coins in PVE and can buy lots of siege with only a few hours work. My solution would be that Anet ups the supply of drops and coins in WvW. I know people who do nothing that WvW that are behind gear/coinwise people who do both or only PVE. Think WvWers should have the same earning potential as people like me who do both PVE/WvW or PVErs.

Sorry, don’t mean to be a grammar nazi or anything but fixxed is supposed to be fixed, i can handle the mistake once but you kept doing it. Anyway, instead of changing siege prices remove repair costs when being killed by players. I do agree with the commander thing, plus they should add multiple ranks instead of just commander. with different icons and different distances you can see the icons. But leave the JP those are my favorite ones other than Mad Kings.
I think it would also be very very wanted for us to all be able to see all guild members currently in WvW on a map, instead of just our party.

I think we all would, but I can at least understand why this wouldn’t be favorable for them. Loading locations of people outside of the zone you are in could maybe take much more time and resources (though that is only my ignorant viewpoint). But loading only guildies that are in the zone you are in seems fairly feasible.
Yea the idea about being able to see guild members is also a good one and also commanders should be able to see all players over the map in different colors like blue party yellow guild green regular players. thanks for the grammar correction about “fixed” English is not my first language excuse my mistake. Also idea about commander ranks is really good.

Commander Ranking could even use a similar structure to a game I used to play, I will place their Wiki page on this but is not an inducement for the game as I urge people not to play this cash hungry game but the ranking system would work very well with GW2.

But remove the 5% attack bonus they have and you have a very good base for ranking.
Points wise this could be done with a combination of Kills = 1 point, Capture = 2 points and Defense = 3 points.
But the full ranking of the link need not be applied as in the intermediate ranking between rank levels

Imo: I think the commander tag should be a Public vote or something a little more complicated than spending 100g. Don’t get me wrong, the tag is very well needed in wvw so we aren’t running around scatter brained and what not. But make it so people actually have to put effort into getting it. And not just want to get it for the Flashy symbol…

A suggested solution for dealing with bogus commanders(nitwits that bought a commander tag but just use it for show, confusing the situation).
Have the Block player command remove the blocked players commander tag from your view. This would resolve the issue for players who care.
I would also suggest that if a player has enough blocks on them (say 5-10) by currently active players in the map then they cannot operate traps in jp or operate siege. This is to stifle those trying to ruin the game for others by being disruptive.
Something also absolutely needs to be done about the siege cap mechanic. It’s extremely disruptive, with no warning or explanation etc. At the very MINIMUM a clear explanation of how the siege cap operates needs to be made.

There are two basic hard limits to siege placement.
There is a limit to how many siege weapons can be placed within a certain radius of each other. We tried to set it to be fairly lenient, right now you can set 5 weapons (sites or completed weapons) within any 1000 unit radius. If you try to place a new site somewhere within a radius that already has hit it’s limit, the placement will fail but you should still have the weapon bundle in your hands so you can try to place it somewhere else.
There is also a hard limit to how many weapons can be placed on the map. This map limit is a bit harder to explain as it is based on some internal concepts that don’t translate well to laymans terms, but basically anything that is not a ram counts towards one ‘limit’ for the purpose of this explanation and each team can have up to 100 of these types of weapons out at any time per map. Each team can also have up to 100 rams placed on a map.

This however is bugged. there have been a number of times since this was implemented where I have logged off my character when I was not in combat, only to find myself dead in LA when I logged that character back in. This did not occur before.
The new system penalises the honest player more than it does the cheats.
They should get rid of this auto-dead. Most other games have a disconnect time-out system, so after you d/c the character stays active for an amount of time (30 seconds plus, depending upon the game – some go for a couple of minutes or more).
This would be a better system, you still wouldn’t be able to f4 to avoid being killed, as your character would remain (and be uncontrolled, doing nothing) and could still be finished off, however in the case of the accidental d/c the player would not be penalised, and if they logged back in quicly enough could continue from where they left off and avoid having to queue for WvW again to get back to the map they were on.
It would also mean that if the server decided that you are in combat when you log out, when you are infact not – no nasty surprises when you log back in.
I’d like to make a suggestion about set a minimum damage threshold to gate of keeps. It’s a tactic to disabling way point by damaging the gate of keep, but just a single hit from any player can cause this, and it’s getting abused.
If anyone or group wanna disrupt keep’s way point of opposing server, it’s better be more than 1 hit or couple hits before it gets contested and disabled.

It’s not really being “Abused” if it’s intentionally part of the system.
It’s sad still only alt+F4 issue is fixed.
My opinion,, attacking a keep outside wall or gate should not contest the wp.. only the inner wall or gate of keep should contest it.. either that or like walls , player attacks do no damage to gates.. only seige can to it. but this wont really fix lowlands keep since you can attack the gate underwater and cant really hit it with seige effectively..
Well gate tapping is not a glitch but should be revised for sure. Maybe make it only contest by siege weapons.

4. DISAGREE picking up loot bags makes it so that you cannot just safely farm, sometimes you have to let some bags despawn to survive or help out your server. I like people having to make that choice. Badge drops do not need to be increased either, I’ve got way too many of them already.

9. I very much agree on this. I actually have an idea for this myself. Make people pay for the commander icon with badges but make it cost like a decently high price. Somewhere between 5k and 15K. BUT also have the possibility to buy an npc that can be dropped at a location where other players can donate their badges for that person to get his commander tag. That npc would obviously cost money, like 15g or something like that.

11. disagree, they promised we would never have to leave WvW. xp is an important part of that, and we need to level to upgrade siege because non-upgraded siege is totally worthless.
12. Disagree, as the puzzle provides both badges and siege they are a tactical objective for wvw because they can provide an advantage. There should however be some warning for people on a map so they can see that there is a queue on the map. That way they might know that being in the puzzle on those times isn’t the best way to help the server
