Do any servers or guilds have anything like this in place? I’ve noticed alot on the Santum of Rall that 99% of the Zerg could care less about repairing walls etc. Is things like this happening on other servers?

It’s an Epic Fail to take a location and not repair after each attack against it. When you leave a wall/gate down or at a low % of health then your asking to lose your structures.

Repairing wont give wxp/exp/money so most people don’t care. However on CD we have random people that knows what happens it you don’t repair, so things get fixed. Unless it;s an important location, like the keep or SMC on EB, then everyone, or a lot of people help with repairs.

I guess most servers are the same.

We have some members of our dedicated WvW guilds that take the initiative to do repairs. I lead my guild or group to make at least one repair / resupply trip after a successful defense. You usually see other folks catch on when a team is repairing. A little experience in defense and our militia / new players will get the drift.

repairing does give wxp/exp/karma/money when you are applying it during the 3 min timer of being attacked. Takes a min of 4 supply to get a bronze medal.

We do this religiously on TC …. Objectives are not moved to unless repairs are completed by the zerg.

I know that the groups I run with (especially on our BL) always has people who run supplies/repair any time we defend a point. Escort Dolyaks too when the upgrades are important.

Yeah, I usually run supplies when I am on my Ranger…either for repairs or building siege. It happens on our server.

Jade Quarry has a few of these.

Hoping to see SoR get some of these up an rolling, in a T1 Match this should have been addressed sooner.

DB has a couple people who started fixing walls/gates/building siege and we made our own guild. It’s really useful but since most people can only zerg, it takes a while
