I’ve never got this finisher and I play on the Jade Quarry server and participated in WvW since April 2013 (never transferred out).

How do you get the finisher, can I still buy it or report and get it? Just curious how its normally obtained so when season TWO starts I will get this finisher and not miss out.

But today is the last day he can get it…are u sure u don’t want to tell him? He won’t get another chance.

man i better get the next finisher, I was helping out EB for a couple days. Is there anything special you have to do? Like do you have to buy it off vendor after your world wins?

You aren’t supposed to get a finisher. Only the first place servers on Gold, Silver and Bronze got the Placer Finishers (gold for 1st in gold league, silver for 1st in silver league and bronze for 1st in bronze league).
