Hello, I am a Henge of Denravi player. I understand the night capping QQing but you can’t completely negate the benefit that it provides because of the time and effort invested by the nightcappers. You can’t completely remove incentive during a third of the day for WvW. My suggestion is as follows:
Remove points gained by controlling supply camps. Their necessity is still high value as they are the only way to supply and upgrade keeps. Now you grant a point value for killing enemy npc guards and flag points but not so many that it would overcome the value of holding the point itself. This means your server will be able to mitigate some losses at night even under overwhelming odds.
Lastly, have a formula that takes both enemy WvW or server populations into account when rewarding points. Eg if server A has more pop then B and C combined then points earned by are slightly diminished and points earned by B and C are slightly increased. Remember for the remaining 16 hours when not being night capped the winning server can be potentially outnumbered two to one.
