Guild Wars 2

I’d like to see a place in WvW where players from all three worlds can interact “peacefully” Perhaps a WvW Tavern atmosphere that could also be a place where people can challenge each other for 1v1 duels (that other’s could witness while in the Tavern).

…there are many times where I have met competitors in WvW and either wanted an opportunity to get to know them better…or challenge them to a duel. I think this enhancement would augment the WvW experience and serve to allow those types of interactions.

I wouldn’t mind a lobby area.

Though, if you really think about it, you would be bringing the sum-total of the kind of talk that occurs in the Match-up forum, into the game…

It’s a really nice idea with a tavern. It would so be nice.

Sykper.6583…yes. I imagine there will be “smack” talk involved…any classic tavern has a mix of nice…and not so nice elements :-) I think they could even have Keg/Bar Brawls here.

I do like this idea. Add to that 1v1 maybe even a GvG option. There seems to be plenty of people who want some kind of formal GvG thing.

Would be nice, but at the same time would defeat the whole “epic, endless war” narrative that’s already present in game.

Not only a good idea on it’s own, but could be a nice optional area to Q in while waiting to get into wvw.

Think the matchup threads handle this reasonably well.
