So u gain WXP whenever u kill opponets and do wvw events, but this will start from 0? what if i had done some events and killed a lot of opponets? they will give me those points or not?

2 different things and no.

you’ll still have all your kills towards your achievement titles they wont reset. your rank title is viewed by the enemy instead of the “invader/defender” default, and will start at 0 for everyone.

Hopefully you will get credit for your WvW kills you already have. But this remains to be seen.

I suppose that makes sense as it is per character and not per account.
