This now appears having previously not been “working” for those that transfer during the tournament.

Utterly ridiculous – I think paying anything up to 2400 gems is plenty enough of a deterrent for those transferring just for rewards, instead now we have to deal with not being able to actually play for ~2 weeks. If they don’t want to risk people bandwagoning to the winning server there are better ways to deal with it that aren’t this restrictive.
