WvW Warrior Commander Build?
0/0/6/6/2 is the trait set up I believe, with PVT and other tanky stats
Do not run full tank as commander(unless u’re commanding group of complete racoons or running under 20acs). It makes you blind about bomb that u dragging your group into.
Run normal warrior build, just a lil tankier.
00464 3100-3200 armor, 26k+ HP s+wh/h. melandru/tropper runes. And you will be good.
Thanks for the comments; Does this seem okay (http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fJEQNBMhJakpjqQ78wyDORDUFUIX8AQZPEEpPhXIFA-T1CBwA5U/RpSsFm4wq8AwRAolegUaCqu/wElgMeEAbOBAkBgZCA-w)? Is armor a bit too low and are those proper traits do you think? Thanks
uh that build has no stability.
you can either run full tank build or classic heal shout warrior.
heal shout would have last stand and only 2 in the bottom tree so you can get clensing ire + last stand. also balance stance for beserker is the classic build. most commanders i see dont run healing shouts but it largely depends on if your leading pugs ,leading pugs in a big zerg, or leading your guild group unpinned etc. so try heal shouts and if you die too much then go full tank .
if you run signet + traited warhorn you dont need the 25 percent run speed in bottom trait. you should have perma swiftness between warhorn/signet/guardians etc
I always put a point into the falling damage trait. But that’s just me.

It depends on what he’s commanding. At least in tier 1, people know the enemy’s commanders, and have people specifically target them with moa/warrior rifle/ranger longbow etc. In those cases, being as tanky as possible is a benefit.

happens, but not so often. Andu can always swithc some trinkets or ask few friends nmelee to run ascalonian poitions with you. IF u’re Gold or higher rank though will be easier to spot you or Ultimate Dominator.

switch clinsing ire to last stand if u are low on guards.
although u can go for melandru runes for leading build.
with those stats u will be already tanky enough to lead and u still will have some proper dps to not be just a useless talking point on a map and will be usefull unit as player aswell.

Some prefer going 30 in Discipline giving up Cleansing Ire for Burst Mastery so they can pick up more Earthshakers, but in my experience it is slicing hairs a bit. I will say Merciless Hammer is probably a better pick of a zerg build despite the awesomeness of Cleansing Ire. Lastly I like the ease of Warrior’s Sprint but Inspiring Shouts is hard to pass up particularly since you will have speed up virtually all the time.
You will want a stability skill. Balanced Stance is going to be far more effective than Berzerker IMO. Also Battle Standard is a near must have for a zerg build. Signet of Rage is generally more useful but Battle Standard will turn entire fights.
PVT gear all the way. Your job in the zerg is control, healing and condi removal not DPS. Putting on zerk gear is compromising a lot of survivability for a minimal amount of DPS. Leave the damage to the EN in GWEN or build a DPS warrior zerg spec.
Consider the axe rather than the sword main hand. They both have their advantages and sword is tried and true (particularly for escape) but Eviscerate and Cyclone are both combo finishers.

as a commander you need lots of stability, so running the balanced stance trait as well as a dolyak signet will do the trick.
