A lot of people complain and say that WvW is not rewarding enough or that they cant make any money in WvW. I have a solution to fix that issue and its up for players not Anet to do it. I understand that a lot of people play for fights and roaming other like to defend and upgrade stuff or just karma train. Lets all organize fight in a specif spots on all BLs and rest of zerg lets all karma train just flipping keeps and towers. At this point I haven’t seen a lot of or any effort at all to reward players who scout, defend stuff or upgrade. The most rewarding type of play is full karma train. So what is the point of even upgrading stuff or trying to hold it at all now besides a gold sink. You dont get rewarded at all for upgrading anything pretty much. So lets stop upgrading stuff and just do karma/champ trains in all of WvW. That way you can get 15+ champs bags an hour plus all the other loot you get and level up chests. So my question is are there any servers/tiers doing that already. IMO all servers should be doing that instead of boring 2+ hours sieges with little to no reward to either of a server.

I used to dual-box WvW karma train, was most likely why they came out with EOTM and why the new borderland maps are going to be not on a flat playing ground. Try dual boxing EOTM without one of your characters running off a cliff. But yeah..WvW wasnt designed to be turned into a Carousel.

WvW should be more rewarding, its why people end up in Karma trains.
You would think fighting each other and fighting over Keeps and Towers would be worth more than running around in a circle.

How to make WvW more rewarding:

1. Remove Badge of Honor rewards from Edge of the Mist
2. Make Badges of Honor worth something.

I do upgrade/scout/siege/roam and stuff even tho its a gold sink – its a virtual currency anyway so who cares. And as reward i get to see zergs dying on my upgraded stuff. This dog doesnt need treats ( read lousy blues and greens ) to stay happy.

2. Make Badges of Honor worth something.

You forgot remove Wxp from EoTM, Reduce Karma and Gold Gain in EoTM.

Increase Gold and Karma gain in WvW by 25%.

Change current Wxp rewards to have a guaranteed rare or better reward every (x) levels.
