WvW and the new LFG system
WVW not having its own section in LFG is a joke. It honestly worked better before when you could put the blue icon next to your name so people could see who needed a group. If SPVP gets its own section, wvw should as well. Blatant oversight.
I’m quite shocked they haven’t put a WvW section – maybe with maps subchannels – for LFG as standard.

Im really sad aswell that there is no WvW section…
Recently a new in-game Looking For Group system was rolled out. This is a great way for players to find groups or advertise their own. I noticed that there is a section for Open World/WvW. I often advertise my group there, but since it has been implemented I have never once seen anyone else advertise their groups there. Perhaps people aren’t aware of the new LFG system, or perhaps they miss the WvW option since it’s not its own category.
Do people in your Server use the LFG system in WvW?
What’s the point in having a WvW LFG system when we can’t even form or MANAGE groups in WvW properly. Inviting, removing offline players and other basic group functions do not work in the WvW UI since release. The commander and squad system is horrible….. they said they will upgrade it “sometime” in the future.
Until they actually…. you know… give us a way to group properly, no point in using a lfg system in WvW.
am not surprised at all, they dont bother to fix the party options in wvw anyway so why give it an own section lol

Just don’t see the point of a lfg system for WvW…. once you find people, you can’t invite or manage them properly. It’s like ordering a hamburger minus the Meat.
To be honest, I would rather have the ability to kick players from parties.

I think if you’re in WvW it changes from “Open World Content (Server Name)” to “Open World Content (WvW)”, but I can’t get in to check now.
