Guild Wars 2

I’m quite new to this game and especially WvW, so I’ve got a bit of a newb question regarding the bonuses (Ex. endurance, medic, etc.). While I’m not in WvW mode and I’m simply exploring areas around Tyria, are these bonuses still in effect, or is solely when I’m in WvW?

I’m looking for a way to amp up my character when it comes to exploring, so would it be beneficial for me (if bonuses are kept) to achieve better bonuses from playing more and more WvW?

Yup they are bonuses you get in PvE as long as your not in a overflow. I’m not sure about dungeons and instances. Easiest to notice is your HP on Friday morning VS Friday night. (before and after reset)

Yup the WvW match and the bonuses with it reset at 6pm PST.
