WvW change borderlands

So I’m trying to do my world completion, and all I have left in the WvW areas are the POI and vistas in the enemy borderlands’ garrison, which is difficult to get. Do the borderlands switch around? Like if my server is on the left borderlands, would we be on the top borderlands anytime in the future?

Just wait a couple weeks. It seems they are revamping or at least taking a second look at WvW so several changes will be on its way.
