So I was thinking why not introduce a daily, it could help get pve players to do more then JP, get people to do important yet not as exciting tasks and add more rewards which wvw really needs.
The daily could have things like escort x amount of yaks, do x amount defending events, kill x amount of invaders, take x amount of supply camps, fix walls …..
In return get badges, bit of gold, random siege and a very small chance I invaders armor.

Would love it if the daily required a player having to repair something every day to get the daily completion reward. Might bring more into WvW, plus doesn’t waste supply, and actually helps the server. Just one repair run with a stack of 10 supply would be enough.

You’d just have to make the objectives simple and easy ones that are do-able even in blowouts, like capping supply camps and killing enemy players. You wouldn’t make them anything like capping a keep, because it’d be impossible in a blowout. Maybe cap 1 tower at most.

But +1 for adding something like this to the game, and a monthly equivalent.

Love this idea. X number of players. Capping or participating in events. Escorting a yak. Defending successfully. Just don’t make one that players have to drop x number of siege items or we will have useless siege everywhere.

yes this would be a brilliant idea and also at the same time bring people up to speed that don’t know what their doing into understanding WvW and giving the hardcore players something to work for it would work out perfectly they only issue would be bots and people only their to do the daily and clogging up space when their is more important thing to do… but then again anything can be important in WvW

If they did this, they could remove the 50 WvW kills from what would officially be the PvE monthly if they implemented a WvW monthly. A WvW daily and monthly would be great.
