This needs disabled. under no circumstance should one of other enemy be able to party together. This causes the havoc we have now in WvW.

And if you disable it, what are you going to do about people in the same guilds on opposing servers? Disable their ability to join WvW?

What havoc? People are burning down homes because they can join parties with opposing server???
