Several of us witnessed a mesmer using the flying hack.

Several of us tried to get to her but only one of our people was able to.

Many of us took screenshots – and we’ve reported these people for hacking multiple times but each and every time they come back, hacking more, doing more damage and dishonoring the game and the programmers.

So, where’s the fix for the hacking?

Jokes aside I hate the fly hackers. Annoying more so than anything else. Report to a GM in game when it is happening and Anet will follow the account(s).

A lot of us on FA reported the mesmer too. A group of us had set up a trap for that mesmer. We were pretending to take a keep and one of us was recording the whole thing and that mesmer flew up onto a wall and opened up a port. Even when people in the same server as a cheater reports the cheater, Anet still doesn’t ban them. I thought about having a whole zerg take the portals and flip keeps while the enemies watch just so Anet will see that it’s a big problem. I don’t know what else to do anymore .w.

I’m guessing they are trying to infer that because a WP was built, that so much time had passed that there was NO WAY a Mesmer could STILL be up there and not be noticed.

I disagree with that stance, it’s entirely possible, and the screenshot doesn’t support the idea of a flying hack.

OP should have gotten a better screenshot.

You have to be inside the keep to do these few easy jumps, WP shows you that the keep wasn’t recently flipped, and that mesmer is not someone whos just hide inside after the fight its over, so there is no legal way to get up there.

Except for the fact that this particular mesmer has been reported several times by players on FA as well. And yes video has been taken.

mesmers hide inside places after fights all the time. the screenshot does nothing to prove that the mes in question didn’t do that. not saying they weren’t hacking, but that screenshot doesn’t prove it

doesn’t looks like non legit to me, we usually place AC’s etc up there, show a pic of him mid air, and i’ll take this comment back.

He might have hidden with a push that breached the inner gates/walls, and after his group left he stayed hidden inside.

Maybe not, but maybe 2mins b4 the screenshot they breached walls or gates to inner, and this mesmer sneaked himself upthere and was able to stay there till stuff calmed down.

1. Contact GM … (longest hardest most frustrating part that most people give up from boredom.
2. show the video to the GM
3. GM will follow said accounts from known IP’s
4. Accounts suspended/terminated

Most give up on 1 because it’s not as easy as /whisper GM … in fact they are fairly scarce whenever you need them. Doesn’t it always work like that

Yeah we know about this person on FA. It always tries to port groups into keeps and towers. Thing is despite the fierce competition in T2, we dont take hacked portals. You may have observed 3 or 4 people who are not on TS taking the ports but I can assure you, the guilds I run with on FA dont want to win in this way and dont take its ports. Btw the screenshot doesnt prove anything but I will confirm there is a hack mesmer doing this.

Yeah, hacking mesmer(s) on FA is well known from all three T2 servers and have been reported several times by players from all three servers. Not sure why he is still not banned yet. Or maybe there are more than one of them?

There was once a flying mesmer from FA into SoS keep and has been recorded by an SoS player and uploaded to youtube. It could be the same person.

Can you get to that point without a hack?

Can you get into a way pointed keep legitimately?

How do you claim “flying hack” without evidence of flying?

I am sorry my questions confused you. I do know the answer to the questions. They were intended to guide the original poster in a direction to understand that his points he is using to claim hacking, are points that are readily accomplished through normal means. Sorry if I confused you. ( It is nice to see that you feel I am an expert. Thank you, but I am simply sharing my opinion, based on my experiences )

If it only was one……
Thing is after a point it simply became pointless to sit and try to hold anything towards FA side.
If we fend off the blob,then it gets fruit shop owner glitching in and when its not him its someone else.
One would expect that anet would had already found theyr main accounts and banned them all together by now.
