Guild Wars 2

I used to enjoy WvW, it gave me a sense of pride & achievement when we managed to cap an objective — the battles were fierce and often went on for hours. it was great fun, until we reached Tier 1, and now every week we face the same servers (Visuana Square and Blacktide)

The problem is that Blacktide have RUS Corp, Xaoc and Green Fire which are 3 huge russian clans, and now Ruinnation[sic] have jump ship and joined the winning side (Blacktide), so now we have hundreds of players running around zerging the living crap out of everything

I don’t care about “winning” WvW or holding the ‘top position’, I just want some fun battles like in beta, but now that everyone is switching to Blacktide it really is sucking the fun out of it. I mean, it’s kinda annoying to work for 20 min to fight your way into a tower to claim it, and then 5 minutes later the Blacktide zerg comes and retakes it in less than 2 minutes

I’d rather not transfer server, but I don’t really have what options I have…

Just come to far shiverpeaks. Most of the Russian guilds you mentioned left us when started going down from Tier1 and now we’ve settled around 4 and 5

Well, good luck on Far Shiverpeaks. Seems you missed something though.
First: Almost everybody on Desolation took a week off from WvW.
Second: We’ll be in tier 2 next week again.

Almost the entirity of the Desolation server took the week off. We don’t WANT to be in Tier 1 and want to drop down a number of tiers ASAP.

Rly? They played on Deso. But anyway they are useless, because it’s spvp(not WvW) guild.

It is just that everyone knows why people play on Blacktide.

Fort Aspenwood currently has a great 3 sided WvW going on and would love the more man power anyone who wants a fair fight could bring.
