Just wondering if others feel like next weeks elite spec demo in wvw (/pvp) is gonna be so messed up with humongeous queues with most of the population of the game trying to get in and not figuring out they should just go to eotm to try the new specs.

Am pretty sure just like when the pip system got implemented queues will reach 100+ on about each map for the whole weekend.

I agree the amount of PvE players will high just like it was (if not worse) then when they added the new back piece. Plus shts on reset night…

I would say, just think of the free bags, but then I remember all the bags probably won’t be saved as well

Seriously though, the ques will be long. Those who get in will likely be able to farm as the elites will be initially harmful to players not used to the mode.

There will always be trolls to the people there just trying the new spec, but I think we may have an opportunity to encourage people to come back.

Can we test in EotM?

Considering you can’t just log straight into WvW I have a feeling they just worded it poorly and you’ll be able to play the Elite specs anywhere just like the HoT Elite spec beta.

If that’s the case hopefully the ones that aren’t interested in WvW will realise that they spawn in PvE and go do what they usually do (raid, fractals etc).

I think with HoT elite specs it was everywhere. But maybe they will make the PoF elite specs only available while in spvp or wvw areas? Idk how hardcore people are in pve about exploiting stuff to get mad loot or something so maybe they left testing for pvp lol.
