That probaly why they want to lure us out, to play more pve and say, well this wvw isnt played by anyone, let’s shut it down. We could use that last programmer working on it on some more gemstore items.

I like it actually. I thought it was a nice touch to keep us in the loop. If nothing else it tells you at least a few enemies are going to leave (and likely a few allies, but hey.)

I’ve just put up a near identical thread for the Moto advert in that forum.

They send a load of mails to you, why do you need a constant reminder if you aren’t interested?

Please keep it as it’s helpful for some and easily ignored by others.

If WvWers have to be spammed about PvE invasions, then PvErs should be spammed about enemy WvW zergs. It’s only fair.

WvW was never intended to be an entirely independent game mode, get over yourselves. Most people who wvw also pve. The notifications help them and don’t hurt you.

Actualy they do hurt wvw.

I like this message and want it kept in.

In fact have a bigger sound effect, with a big flashing red light to make sure I don’t miss a invasion.

I love WvW but I CAN ALWAYS spare 45m for a invasion…

It’s bad news. Now theyv’e introduced the mechanism, they’ll be tempted to use it more and more.

Next thing will be the latest Gem store offerings. (Who’d want to miss that?)

yeah couldnt agree more. how about a huge news flash. hey,garisson is under attack,click here to port for assistance.

At least give me some option to disable this scarlet spam rubbish… that way people that use it can have it, those that don’t want it don’t have to deal with it.
