If you have a problem at WvW, could you write a description of the problem (freezing, crashes, etc.) and the name of the server.
How often does that happen?

For what purpose? Are you Anet? Obviously not. GW2 automatically sends an error report to Anet if GW2 crashes, if you so choose. Also, there is a technical issues forum.
just statistics. whether to change the server if there is a problem or described the same problem everyone has.
