Does WvW Cap rank? and how many titles are there? Can you max out all WvW skills?
Yeah and i also checked wiki but does it cap and Diamond Legend?
As if now it caps at rank 10,000 I believe.

Rank cap is 10,000 (Diamond Legend), as shown on the dev streams where Hugh Norfolk has his rank set to max so he can show off all the wvw traits
